Upload a factoring proposal and see the terms

Send the proposal a factoring company gave you and get its commercial terms pulled out line by line — rate, advance, contract length, minimums, termination fees, funding fees and UCC language. Term extraction and comparison only, not legal advice.

Short answer

Upload a page image of a factoring proposal, or paste its text. The tool reads the document and lists the commercial terms it states, flags the ones it never mentions, and turns the gaps into questions you can send the provider in writing. It does not interpret legal effect, and it is not a contract review.

1. Add the proposal

Drag a page image here, or

PNG, JPG or WEBP up to 8MB. PDF? Copy the text into the box below.

Remove your name, MC number and any figure you would rather not share before uploading. HaulFund keeps the extracted term summary to improve the tool.

This tool performs commercial term extraction and comparison only. It reports what a document states about price, advance, term, minimums, fees and filings. It does not interpret legal effect, enforceability, or risk, does not constitute legal advice, and is not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney. Extraction is automated and may miss or misread terms — always confirm against the document itself. HaulFund is a factoring broker, not a factoring provider, and this output is not an offer of factoring terms.

What gets extracted, and what does not

The extraction targets the twelve commercial terms that decide what factoring actually costs a carrier: the factoring rate and how it is charged, the advance rate and the reserve behind it, contract length and automatic renewal, the notice period, any monthly minimum, termination and buyout costs, per-funding charges like ACH and wire fees, recourse treatment, and whether the document mentions a UCC filing or a Notice of Assignment.

What it does not do is tell you whether a clause is enforceable, whether a term is fair for your operation, or what a court would make of it. Those are legal questions, and a broker is not the right party to answer them. The output is a structured reading of the document so you can compare two proposals on the same fields and see which one is quiet about the expensive parts.

Automated extraction is not perfect. Scanned pages, small print and fee schedules split across pages are the usual failure points. Treat the table as a starting point and check each figure against the original before you rely on it.

Frequently asked questions

Is this legal advice or a contract review?
No. This tool extracts and organises the commercial terms a proposal states — price, advance, term, minimums, exit costs and whether standard filings are mentioned. It does not interpret legal effect, enforceability or risk. For that, use a licensed attorney.
What file types work?
A clear page image works best: PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to about 8MB. If your proposal is a PDF, copy the text and paste it into the text box, or screenshot the pricing and term pages and upload those.
What happens to my proposal?
The document is sent to an AI model for extraction and is not published anywhere. HaulFund stores the extracted term summary and the file name to improve the tool. Remove your name, MC number or any figure you would rather not share before uploading.
Does HaulFund decide whether the proposal is good?
No. HaulFund is a factoring broker, not a factoring provider, and does not rank companies. The tool shows you what the document says and what it leaves out so you can compare proposals yourself and ask better questions.
