Factoring tools for trucking companies

Work out what an invoice actually nets, put two or three proposals side by side, and pressure-test an agreement before you sign it. Free, no signup, nothing saved.

Short answer

Use the cost calculator to see net cash on a single load, the offer comparison tool to line up competing proposals field by field, the agreement checklist to find the clauses that decide what leaving costs, and the switching assessment if you are already under contract. Every result is an estimate based on what you enter — final terms come from the factoring provider you choose.

How to use the tools together

Most carriers run them in order. The calculator tells you what a typical load nets under a given rate and advance, which is the number that matters far more than the headline percentage. The comparison tool then shows where two providers actually diverge — usually in the per-funding fee, the monthly minimum and the notice period, not the rate. The agreement checklist takes the winning proposal and turns it into questions you can send in writing. If you already factor elsewhere, the switching assessment surfaces the reserve, UCC and open-invoice issues that decide whether a move is clean or expensive.

None of this replaces reading your own contract, and none of it is an offer. It exists so the conversation with a provider starts from an informed position.
